Pottery Workshop – Terrazzo Bowls + more, The Pied Potter, Te Miro, 6.30pm (2.5 hours). You will be shown techniques to make some amazing pieces. Using slab technique to form bowls over plaster moulds, and inlay coloured clay into the slab. You will make two breaky bowls OR a large salad bowl, and if time allows, a small piece to be used for a key fob or earrings. Other options available. Cost $120 from www.thepiedpotter.co.nz.
