We are close to all Cambridge township amenities (20mins walk) incl walking paths, Lake Te Ko Utu Domain/shops, and wonderful cafes/restaurants. The velodrome, Te Awa River Ride, and Karapiro Domain are also close.

Our space
NO CLEANING FEE
Our cabin is self-contained (not wheelchair accessible) with kitchenette, bathroom, queen size bed, lounge/dining area, deck, and off-street parking for one car. It is well stocked for a quick stay. No need to bring tea / coffee / shampoo etc.
We have one lounge chair, but if you require another this can be easily arranged.
LAUNDRY
The cabin does not have a washing machine, but if you have need of a clothes dryer for outside in the sun, or any quick washing please ask.

Guest access
Through the main front gates (far right gate) and down the right side of the property to the back garden.
There are paving stones that lead across the back lawn to the cabin steps.
If you arrive at night, there are motion lights that will turn on as you walk towards the cabin.

Other things to note
WE UNABLE TO TAKE BABIES/TODDLERS/CHILDREN. TEENAGERS ARE NOT ABLE TO STAY ALONE UNATTENDED.
Our cabin is small and there is no additional space for a bed or bassinet for a child.
THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING in our cabin. We have a large standing cooling fan that can be used and reflective glass windows to minimise heat. Please choose alternative accommodation during the summer months if you are wanting AC.

OUR PET(S)
We have a shy long-haired old tortoiseshell cat who stays close to home (Cotton).
We occasionally (RARELY) have a family members boisterous 3-year-old Aussie Shepherd who comes for a visit, but we will let you know on booking and keep him with us during your arrival and stay.
We do have a ‘BEWARE OF DOG’ sign on the gate, as we like to warn our courier drivers.

Cambridge is a riding town. If you have bikes and would like to store them during your stay, then please let us know. No problem.
