My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro with superb, uninterrupted water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing too and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath!
The home is very conveniently positioned to so many places of activity and interest:
Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures Waikato, Boatshed Kayaks, and Red Barn.
Bedrooms and lounge are generous in size, with a conservatory and the deck to add to that space. As well as a shower there’s a deep bath to relax in too AND there’s a bath outside overlooking the lake. Relax and soak up the view
Guest access
You will have access to the bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, conservatory, deck, garden and very spacious grounds to enjoy.
Whilst I live here during the week, in a self contained end of the home, I am usually absent from the property. Just ask if you wish to be sure. Always available on cellphone though to offer information and assistance
